A Mini Announcement and Posts of the Week

I'll be away for a few days with limited internet access until Sunday so if I'm not around visiting your blogs and not replying to comments (though I might get a few words in here and there), you'll know why. I have a couple of posts scheduled for tomorrow and Sunday.

Tomorrow's post is a little different - something of a joint effort with my dear pal, Jinsky of Napple Notes. She and I will be combining
her fine poetry with a few of my photographs - a bit of a simul-posting. Head on over to Jinsky's blog right now to read her original, poetic announcement. As for this space.. please stay tuned!

And now on to the Posts of the Week...

The icon/award to the left here is yours for the taking if your blog post has been named as a Post of the Week - either as top post or as a runner up, today or in past weeks.

WOW .. I am knocked up ... thank you .. I am honored on behalf of my late bus friend Teddy, he would have raised his bushy white eyebrows in exclamation he never quite understood why I blog ...

OH! Thanks a million! I am sorry to say, once again, something about your blog these days makes my computer shut down, so I cannot visit very easily, but I was alerted by another reader that I was selected. Thanks you H!

Wow, thank you. What a lovely surprise!

Have a great time, wherever you're going.

Gary, I have a similar problem. My computer doesn't shut down, but it goes slow as Christmas until I leave Hilary's page. I always thought maybe it was the high quality of the photos, but this post has no photos...? Whatever, it won't stop me from visiting!

Thank you , Everyone and congratulations to the rest!
