Nuts in May
That picture is great. Honestly, if those were on my porch, I think I couldn't resist the temptation to dress them up with snowman faces... perhaps a beer bottle on the armrest... we'll call it Two Old Friends
Punchy. It's early still :-P
p.s. - I thought it was Tuesday 'til I stopped by here. As I said, punchy...
I love that quirky picture of snow cushions.
'That was such a good meal, but one more snowflake and I'll burst'
Thank you for choosing my post, Hilary...and in such good company, I have been mooching around quite a bit and read many of them, now I'm off to read the rest.

Thanks for the blog suggestions, Hilary!
"I bet my snow belly is bigger than your snow belly."
Congrats to all the POTW picks...I look forward to making my rounds as time allows. Happy hump day Hilary. XX
"Honey, if we're really quiet no one will even notice."
Thanks for the POTW. I'll let Mike know it was a hit.
OMG, I am so thrilled! Thank you for such an honour, I can't begin to tell you how much my toes are curling right now, you've made my week!!

My computer is unavailable right now so I am not gettign through the blogs very fast at all but I will definitely be visiting all of these posts.
That's quite a pile of snow for your area. Is it mostly gone already. Back when we moved to that area from Montreal, I could hardly believe the less rigorous winters. Now that we have moved from Sarnia to Ottawa, we're back to real and longer winters. Still not as much snow (or so it seems) as you guys this winter.
The only thing that picture says to me is "Burp!" LOL
Mona and Madge, rivals since that first day at the factory, stubbornly refuse to be the first to fold.

The Grandmother said to the Grandfather, isn't it a good idea to watch the grass ripening.
Love the picture and loved the first and second comments! They look like well-fed friends.
I just realized it was Wednesday! Can't wait to read the POTW. My caption: "So when are you due?" I'm sure someone else already thought of that one :)
So many good ones; so little time.
Love those snow-stuffed chairs. Such interesting texture on the snow.
All of our outdoor furniture looks similar to that right now!
Love that first caption. However, I can't think of anything even remotely funny. Are those cat tracks up one chair?
What a nice lift my day! Thank you, friend.
Wow, that is A LOT of snow on your patio. Yikes.
Thanks for more fabulous blogs to read. I loves Shrinky's "Snowdrops" post too.
Cheers, jj
Wonderful chairs - I've got some shots like that too.
Thanks for all the good reading tips.
Thank you everyone for playing along. Your captions were fantastic! I see I'm going to have to do this more often.
Thanks also for always supporting the POTW. You folks are the best!
"Santa and Mrs Santa will resume their Christmas duties when the snow melts."
Better late than never; some captions may sound similar... but it's just a coincidence.

I've forgotten my New Years resolution... on getting fit.
Hibernating deck chairs
I'm stuffed!
My water pills aren't working properly.
Did you lose weight?
You know, you're beginning to look jolly.
I think it's time we go inside, I feel a little chilly.
GREAT picks again Hilary. I finally made it to Anvil Cloud after running into several errors, and then couldn't comment due to... errors. Gotta love technology :-)
Thanks for the suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed all of them I could fit in to this morning.
Cool shot... :)
"Chairs for ghosts!"
My other blog frozen moments have pictures seeking captions. Do have a look.
Oh that photo is hilarious!
Sad, for all that snow - but hilarious!
; )
Your photo sure does recommend those chairs as a good, sturdy purchase! Hard to believe summer will return and the snow will give you back your seats!
No caption comes to mind, Hilary. But what a mountain of snow.
