Wacky Words

I'm still away from home for a few days so my visits to your blog will be sporadic at best.

Here's something a little different today. Each of the squares below, contain a puzzle with a hint below each well-known phrase.

For example:

GIGIGIGIGI
-------------
CCCCCCCC

This would be "GIs overseas"

See how many you can solve. I'm going to turn on moderation so that won't see others' answers before you can attempt the puzzles yourself. Have fun!

I hope you enjoyed playing my version of Wacky Words. Solutions and your comments will appear by my next blog post.

I'm going to have to study these! My sister and I used to do these in the car when we traveled on vacations. I absolutely love them. Thank you for the fun!

I love these but I never get them right. I am always thinking in the exact opposite direction.

Clever Hillary, unfortunately I am a lame duck when it comes to puzzles.

Hope you are enjoying your time away from home.

I wish I had time to figure these out, but really my mind does not work very well this way. My mom on the other hand might love this. Wishing you a grand time while you are away.

I'm coming late to the party, so I missed the play period - but wow - great brain-teasers Hilary! You are such a clever and talented woman.
