I need sunflowers! I walk many miles, trying to find some. If they're fresh, I kiss their honey faces. If they're dried, I put them on my windowsill, where they continue glowing.

Okay, so this last one isn't really sun-related. Unless, of course, you've ever had a Tequila Sunrise... More coming up.. at some point.

Beauty sunrise shots. And I really like the sideways sunflower close-up.
Gorgeous captures. Sunrise or sunset at the lake is wonderful. Your sunflowers are beautiful. And I have never seen a sunrise after drinking tequila the night before!
It is an incredible place and these make up for the long winters.
Oh my, there is a photo in the middle, purple and orange pillowy clouds, wow!
The last one works best with a sunset.
Those are some incredible sunrises...wow. I love the fog in the pictures as well.
Just about the only way I see sunrises is in pictures. Love the side view of the sunflower and the sun halo. The tequila's not bad either.
So beautiful, so peaceful. It kind of reminds me of the views in Maine when the sun comes up.
And that last photo? I had to chuckle.
You have some lovely, gentle sunrises. And I am very impressed with the side macro of the sunflower.
beautiful sunrise...love how the water and the fog and the sun all play together to give us a bit of a magic show.....
we got sun flowers this year as well...i guess the birds left it as a treat or a thank you here as well...
I always let a few sunflowers stay around my house. I have lots of natives around my back forty.
The only downside is that I would never want to sleep late......and miss it.
Beautiful....I do love the pink ones...sunrises seem to be a promise of a fresh new day! We're on our fourth day of clouds and gloom! I want the sun back! ha.

I never realized that sunrises could be as breathtakingly beautiful as sunsets until I moved here. I never tire of them, either. Yours over the lake have mine beat, I must say...but I still love mine, too. LOL! ;)
If I lived with you I'd be staring at that lake twenty-four hours a day. I don't see how you get anything done.
